KWAZULU-NATAL SPORTS CONFEDERATION
Election of the KwaZulu-Natal Sports Confederation Executive Committee
Dear KZN Sports Confederation Members, Please note that at the Quadrennial General Meeting, we will be electing the KwaZulu-Natal Sports Confederation Executive Committee to service the organisation for the next four (4) years. The Executive Committee will consist of:
1. 1 x President
2. 3 x Vice Presidents
3. 7 x Executive Members
If you wish to nominate a member, please follow this procedure:
1. The Nomination Form must be signed and dated by the President / Chairperson and Secretary / CEO / General Manager of the nominating KZNSC Member.
2. The Acceptance Form must be signed and dated by the Nominee. Both these documents must be scanned and emailed to kznscauditors@gmail.com or Hand Delivered at the KZN Sports Confederation Offices ;

Please note that the required documentation must be submitted on or before the (30 days before QGM) , 16 October 2024 no later than 16h00.
The onus shall be on the member concerned to ensure that nomination and acceptance forms are received by CJ & Associates on or before the closing date, who can be reached on 082 383 6998. No late submissions will be accepted. The final nomination list will be circulated to the Membership on 26 October 2024, 21 days ahead of the QGM.
